INTRODUCTION The Museum is an ideal place to visit for a day as part of an organised group. The advantages are many; a memorable day out with friends or colleagues, a personalised Guided Tour which will be aimed to link with your particular interest, above all, we generally only run groups on days we are normally closed so you have unique access and freedom to roam!
SO WHO VISITS US? Who visits the Radar Museum? The answer is that people from all walks of life enjoy learning about aspects of the air defence of the United Kingdom. HOW TO BOOK In order to qualify as a group there needs to be more than 15 in your party. For your comfort we do limit groups to about 55. For special events days such as reunions, we can cater for 100+. If you would like to book the Museum contact the Manager to check availability either by phone on 01692 631485 or by e-mail at curator@radarmuseum.co.uk.
BOOKING FORM & FURTHER INFORMATION Once you have checked availability with the Museum Manager, a copy of our Booking Form is available To confirm your group booking please return your booking form and your deposit (cheques made payable to the “RAF ADRM” please) to the Manager. We will arrange for the Museum Volunteers, many of whom have worked at Neatishead, to explain how the Air Defence system developed from before WW II right up to today. PARANORMAL BOOKINGS The RAF Air Defence Radar Museum is a popular venue for ghost hunts and we host professional paranormal investigators who organise special events for interested members of the public - See Booking Form.
