• WHAT TO SEE

The Museum is an award winning, volunteer run, visitor attraction which offers an enjoyable and informative day out for the family.

The museum has over 20 exhibition rooms. It is suggested that you allow yourself between 2-3 hours to see our entire collection and attend our two presentation talks.

Please note that because of the nature of the military building, which was constructed in 1942, it does mean that access to all areas is not always possible for those using wheelchairs. Click here to view the Museum Accessibility.

Early Radar and the Second World War

The Second World War area looks at the development of Radar and how this helped to win the Battle of Britain.
